When your own voice feels hard to hear
You may notice everyone else’s needs before your own, rehearse what you want to say, or feel guilty when a boundary disappoints someone. You do not need to arrive with a polished message. We can start with the feeling or situation you cannot yet put into words.
This work can help with personal relationships, workplace conversations, a decision, or a change in direction. It is for women already working and women finding their place professionally, as well as for women who want to speak more freely in personal life. The focus is your connection with yourself and the words you choose from there.
The Still Water Method
We begin with the conversation inside you before preparing for the conversations around you. The method brings together three practices: calming the turbulence, becoming an inner observer, and setting a boundary that protects what matters. Explore the three pillars.
When it happens at work
You might agree to more than you can carry, hold back in a meeting, or rehearse feedback without finding the moment to say it. You may also be preparing to enter a new professional setting and want to speak with confidence there. We can explore what you need, the relationship you want to preserve and words that feel possible to use.
When it happens in a personal relationship
You might be unsure how to name a need, disagree or set a boundary with someone close to you. We can start with what you feel and value, then practise saying it without apologizing for having a voice.
Aida listens, asks questions and offers gentle challenge rather than handing you a script. Her background in strategic and crisis communications informs how she attends to words, power, cultural context and relationships. Coaching is confidential; its boundaries are agreed before paid sessions begin.

Still Water Coaching Journey
Ten private 60-minute sessions, usually every two weeks, for a pattern that appears in more than one conversation. Together we notice where you hold back, clarify your needs, practise words for real conversations and reflect on what happens. We work toward clearer choices and a steadier way to speak, without assuming every conversation will go as planned. You can email Aida between sessions, and she replies within 24 hours. We agree the exact session dates before booking. The package is €679 including VAT; ten separate €79 sessions would cost €790. After we agree the coaching option, Aida sends an invoice with a secure payment link. Read the cancellation terms.
Focused Conversation Session
One confidential 60-minute session for a specific boundary, decision or conversation you want to address now. The price is €79 including VAT.
Every paid coaching option begins with a free 30-minute conversation to meet and see whether the approach fits. It includes a short sample coaching experience, and you do not need to prepare. If we continue, we agree goals, session rhythm and confidentiality together.
Online or at your location
Coaching is available in English online worldwide. In-person sessions at your home, workplace or another agreed location in the Netherlands may be available by arrangement. Availability and any travel costs are confirmed before booking.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know what I want to say before we meet?
No. Finding your own words is part of the work.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on your present situation, choices and next steps. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Can this help with a workplace conversation?
Yes. We can work on a conversation, boundary or decision at work. If your goal is specifically about your responsibilities as a manager, leadership coaching may be a better fit.
