Terms and cancellation

1. About Aida Coaching

Aida Coaching, KVK number 99737442 and BTW identification number NL005407517B36, provides communication, life, leadership and team coaching. Questions and feedback can be sent through the website contact form.

2. Coaching relationship

Coaching is a collaborative development process and does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice or another regulated professional service. The scope, frequency and goals of coaching are agreed together.

3. Prices and payment

Consumer prices shown on the website include the Netherlands standard VAT rate of 21%. Clients book a conversation before payment. Once the coaching option and arrangements are agreed, Aida Coaching sends an invoice with a secure payment link. Any additional travel cost for an in-person appointment is explained and agreed before the booking is confirmed.

4. Coaching cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule by email or through Calendly at least 24 hours before the appointment whenever possible. Aida Coaching does not charge a cancellation fee for a late cancellation.

A missed appointment is charged at 50% of the session price. Aida Coaching may waive that charge when the client provides a valid explanation.

If Aida Coaching cancels, the appointment will be rescheduled without additional cost. If the service cannot be provided, any payment for the unprovided service will be refunded.

5. Packages

Coaching packages are personal and cannot be transferred. They are intended to be completed within the agreed period. An extension may be agreed when circumstances make this necessary.

Package payments are non-refundable after the applicable statutory withdrawal period, except where a refund is required by law or Aida Coaching cannot provide the agreed service.

6. In-person travel

In-person coaching is available by arrangement. Travel is charged at the actual second-class public transport return fare, necessary parking at cost, or €0.30 per kilometre by car calculated from Hoofddorp. The amount is always agreed before booking.

7. Workshops

A workshop booking receives a full refund when it is cancelled. If Aida Coaching cancels a workshop, participants receive a full refund of the workshop price. When a participant does not attend and gives no notice, any refund is decided by Aida Coaching at its discretion, taking the circumstances into account.

8. Online purchases and withdrawal

A consumer who purchases a coaching service online generally has a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. You can exercise this right through the online withdrawal form.

If you expressly ask for coaching to begin during that period and later withdraw, you may be required to pay proportionally for the service already provided. If the service is fully completed during the withdrawal period, the right may end only after the legally required express request and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Statutory consumer rights always take priority over these terms.

9. Complaints and applicable law

Please send feedback or a complaint through the contact form so Aida Coaching has an opportunity to respond. These terms are governed by Dutch law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
