Client experiences

In their own words

Reflections from people who have worked with Aida through personal and professional change.

I have lived in the same town for 33 years and had decided to move to another town to live with my new partner. Because I found it difficult to say goodbye to my home and the place where I had lived for so long, I asked Aida to help me through this process.

She has a remarkably sharp eye and quickly understood what made letting go so difficult for me. In a gentle and supportive way, she helped me realise, step by step, that a rushed move would not be the right choice for me. She also helped me identify what I need to make the transition to a new home and a new town as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Her approach, and the conclusion I eventually reached myself, brought me a great deal of peace of mind. For that, I am incredibly grateful to Aida. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.

Barbara · Individual coaching client

I came to Aida’s coaching while navigating a career break and the daunting process of getting back into the job search. I needed more than tactical advice; I needed real support.

What became clear through our work together was how much the break had quietly chipped away at my confidence, even as my skills and experience stayed solid. The most valuable shift was not just landing on the right positioning or strategy. It was rebuilding the belief in myself that I could still compete and thrive professionally.

I appreciated that the coaching held space for both the practical aspects, including my CV, outreach, and interview preparation, and the emotional weight of starting over, without treating them as separate things. It was great working with Aida. Throughout the process, it felt like we were working as a team.

If you are considering this coaching, know that it does not just help you find a job. It helps you find your confidence again.

Runa · Individual coaching client

During several months I enjoyed coaching sessions with Aida. My goal was to find out how to better define my relationships with my children, family, and friends. Aida is a very good listener, which is in itself a good thing.

Furthermore, every time she was able, by posing significant questions, to help me look at my issues from a different angle in such a way that solutions came to me which were easy to implement.

I have referred Aida to friends, and they also benefitted from their coaching sessions. So, if you are reading this and looking for a coach, I would advise you: do not look elsewhere, contact Aida!
