Cancel an online purchase

You may have a legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase within the statutory cooling-off period. This is formally called the right of withdrawal. Use this form to tell Aida Coaching clearly that you wish to use that right. You do not need to provide a reason.

This function must be tested with an automatic receipt before online payments are activated.

You may also communicate a clear withdrawal request by email. Keep a copy of your request and the confirmation you receive.
