Managers often need to make decisions while also understanding people, relationships and the wider environment. Coaching creates space to pause, question assumptions and choose how you want to lead.

We can work with difficult conversations, changing responsibilities, confidence in leadership, team relationships or communication during uncertain and high-pressure situations.

Individual leadership coaching is confidential and focused on the manager’s agenda. Team communication coaching is designed around the team’s size, circumstances and shared goals.

My background in strategic and crisis communications helps me understand high-stakes environments. My role as coach is not to arrive with a ready-made answer, but to listen, ask honest questions and support courageous choices grounded in what is actually happening.

Leadership coaching prices

  • One 60-minute manager session: €150 including VAT
  • Six sessions across three months, with ongoing support: €779 including VAT
  • Team communication coaching: tailored proposal

Online and in-person options

Coaching is available online throughout the Netherlands. In-person work at your workplace or another agreed location may be available by arrangement. Availability and travel costs are confirmed before booking.
