How one-to-one coaching works
We begin with a free 30-minute discovery call. If you choose to continue, we agree the coaching goals, session rhythm and confidentiality boundaries. Sessions offer space to think through a live situation, practise an approach and reflect on what happened afterwards.
Aida is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with over a decade in strategic communications, including crisis communication and work with intergovernmental organisations. She brings that experience to high-stakes conversations while helping you find your own way to lead.
Leadership coaching prices
- One 60-minute manager session: €150 including VAT
- Six sessions across three months, with ongoing support: €779 including VAT
The €150 rate covers a confidential 60-minute session focused on the responsibilities and wider relationships involved in leading others: giving feedback, navigating team tension or communicating through change. Aida brings her strategic and crisis communications experience to that work. The six-session €779 option includes ongoing support. The €79 individual offer focuses on your own confidence, boundaries or decisions, including situations at work.
Online and in-person options
Coaching is available in English online worldwide. In-person work at your workplace or another agreed location in the Netherlands may be available by arrangement. Availability and travel costs are confirmed before booking.
Frequently asked questions
Which price applies if I am a manager?
The price depends on what you want to work on, regardless of who pays. An individual 60-minute session is €79 for confidence, boundaries or a personal decision, including situations at work. A leadership 60-minute session is €150 when the focus is your responsibilities as a manager, such as giving feedback or handling team tension. If your goal overlaps, we will agree which option fits and confirm the price before booking.
Can we work on a specific conversation?
Yes. Bring a conversation you are preparing for or one you want to reflect on. We can explore the context, what you hope to communicate and how you want to respond.
Is this coaching or communication training?
This is one-to-one coaching shaped around your situation and choices. Aida also offers separate communication workshops and training, including networking. Coaching sessions are not formal mediation.
Do you also coach whole teams?
Yes. Team communication coaching is a separate, tailored offer for organisations.
