From communication to coaching
For over a decade, I worked in strategic communications, supporting organisations through moments when the stakes were high and helping them connect meaningfully with diverse audiences. My work focused on external and crisis communications, where listening deeply, understanding nuance, and responding thoughtfully were essential.
Working with intergovernmental organisations taught me how to navigate complexity, cultural differences, and competing perspectives. More importantly, it reinforced something I had always known: real change starts with honest conversations.
Today, as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), I work one-on-one with individuals who feel ready for something more. They may be looking for greater alignment, renewed confidence, or more courage in their decisions. Some are considering a career change, searching for a job, stepping into leadership, redefining success, or rebuilding confidence that feels lost. Others want a less stressful life, more space for hobbies, greater happiness in everyday living, or simply sense that the life they have built no longer fully fits.
Space to pause and move forward
Coaching gives people space to pause in a world that rarely slows down. Space to think out loud. Space to question long-held assumptions. And space to move forward with intention rather than pressure.
My background in communications allows me to support clients not only in understanding themselves more deeply, but also in expressing who they are clearly, confidently, and authentically.
At the heart of my work is partnership. I do not offer advice or ready-made answers. I ask powerful questions, challenge gently, and stand alongside my clients as they take bold steps towards the lives they want to create.
Volunteering also plays an important role in my life, reflecting my belief that growth and contribution go hand in hand.
